1. Before You Purchase

● Please inspect your items carefully at the time of purchase or upon delivery to ensure there are no visible defects.

● Ask about the product’s functionality, fabric, and care if you need more details.

● Review the return and exchange rules and time frames on your receipt or on this page.

● Try on your item in a relaxed home environment as soon as you receive it to confirm the size and fit.
Following these simple steps helps avoid unnecessary disputes and delays.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene, safety and brand‑care reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Used items with signs of wear

● Items with removed or damaged manufacturer tags and labels

● Underwear, lingerie and corsetry

● Bikini bottoms and swimwear

● Hosiery and socks

● Pyjamas and nightwear showing any signs of wear

● Gift cards
Promotional and discounted items follow special rules (see below).

3. Return & Exchange Conditions (14 Days)

● Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days:

○ from the date of purchase for in‑store orders, or

○ from the date of delivery for online orders.
To be accepted, items must be:

● In original condition – unused, unaltered, unwashed, without odour or signs of wear.

● With all original tags, labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact.

● Accompanied by the original sales receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Items that are incomplete, worn, washed, damaged, or returned without tags or packaging will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their cost.
Refunds

● Approved returns can be refunded to:

○ the original payment method, or

○ a store credit (upon your request), valid for 6 months.

4. Sale & Promotional Items

● Sale and promotional items can be returned within

14 days for exchange or store credit only, unless they are defective or not as described.

● Store credit issued for sale items is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

● If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue.

● Once the defect or error is confirmed, we will offer:

○ an exchange for the same item (subject to availability), or

○ a full refund to your original payment method, or

○ store credit of equal value, if preferred.

● For confirmed defects or fulfilment errors, return shipping costs are covered by us.
A hidden manufacturing defect is a defect that could not be discovered through normal visual inspection, or a situation where the product does not match the description, advertising, packaging or sample provided at the time of purchase.

6. Return Shipping

● For change‑of‑mind returns (non‑defective items), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including international returns.

● We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. Legal & Jurisdiction

● All orders are processed and fulfilled by a company legally registered in the United Arab Emirates.

● All transactions — including payment, shipping, returns and exchanges — are governed solely by the laws of the UAE.

● We fully adhere to the Consumer Protection Law of the United Arab Emirates (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and its implementing regulations.

● By placing an order from outside the UAE, you agree that any disputes, claims or legal matters related to your purchase will be resolved exclusively under the laws and jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Suspected Tampering or Fraudulent Returns

● If there is reasonable suspicion that an item has been worn, altered, or replaced with a different product during the return or exchange process, we reserve the right to reject the return and refer the matter to the relevant authorities, including Dubai Police, for further investigation.

● We take product integrity and fairness to our customers seriously and will pursue all necessary legal actions in cases of suspected fraud.

9. Customer Conduct

● We are committed to providing respectful and professional service in line with our brand policies.

● Any communication containing abusive, threatening or vulgar language may result in the immediate termination of correspondence and refusal of any future purchases or services.
